Requirements
- Previous experience working with claims-based or similar datasets
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, curious, and impact-oriented mindset
- Skilled at cultivating trusted relationships across teams
- Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have): Degree in statistics, math, economics or other quantitative fields
